Journalist Elizabeth L. Cline is an expert in fast fashion, consumer culture, fashion sustainability and ethics, textile waste, and other themes from her landmark book Overdressed. Through tailor-made presentations, she inspires audiences to better understand how fashion impacts the world and how we can each help to change the world through what we wear. Cline has given more than 100 speeches and presentations. Clients range from corporate and trade groups to city governments, universities and secondary schools. Audience size has ranged from a single classroom to an 800-person auditorium to corporate events attended by major fashion brand executives.

Just a few of her past clients have included the Italian Fashion Chamber, The Chicago Humanities Festival, Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons, Pratt Brooklyn Fashion  + Design Accelerator, Boston College, American Apparel and Footwear Association and the Kansas City Mid-America Regional Council.
